Orientation placement housing in west zone of Yinghai town is located in Yinghai Town, Huangyi Road to the north, West Ring Road to the west, Nanlin Town middle road to the south and Town and Jing’er Road to the east.

The project was developed by Beijing Daxing Urban Construction Comprehensive Development Group Co., Ltd. The construction area of the project is about 700,000 square meters, totaling 7763 households. Each household is designed by a two-burner stove and a gas water heater, and an A G4 type CPU card gas meter is set up. Three pressure regulatot boxes are set in the project block for gas consumption in each block.
