The Poly Jasmine Residence natural gas engineering is located on the west side of Xinghua Street outside the 5th Ring Road in Daxing district. It is a subway city residence developed and constructed by Beijing Poly Xingfang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. with a gross leasable area of 225,000 square meters and 2168 households in 14 residential buildings. There are 9 commercial buildings and 2 boiler rooms.

The gas source of the project is connected to the DN400 medium-pressure natural gas pipeline of Qiangao Road, and a 2000 m3/h civilian medium-low pressure regulator cabinet and a 2000 m3/h boiler special regulator cabinet are set up in the residential area to supply gas to the civilian users, commercial users and boiler rooms, respectively. Residents should set up a two-burner stove for each household and reserve the amount of gas water heater. There are 53 kitchens in the commercial building. The boiler room of the outpatient building is equipped with 2 hot water boilers and the residential area boiler room is equipped with 4 hot water boilers.
